Photo Art People Photo Canvas is THE PERFECT Gift #HHEvent

Starting November 14th, we will be hosting the Home for the Holidays Giveaway Blog Hop with lots of holiday and home goodness! Find out about some great gift ideas to make yourself and some neat things for your home during the season. Each of the 30+ blogs participating will be hosting a giveaway that you can enter. Here at Artsy Chaos, we are beyond thrilled to have Photo Art People as a sponsor for the event.

A photo canvas is the perfect gift for so many people on our gift giving list we cannot wait to share this amazing company with you! Every year, I try to put a lot of thought into the gifts that I give and it's not always easy. It is just so much more meaningful (in my opinion) to give a gift that has true sentiment behind it. I remember reading once that if you make something with real love, it will shine through every time. Picking out a photo, a memory, a moment in time, can really be the perfect gift when made into personalized photo canvas gifts.

Photo Art People is a company which not only makes photo canvases but carefully specializes in them. They can help you be creative. Want a sepia tone in your photo? They can do that. Need help editing the colors or maybe removing red eye? They can do that too. Or maybe you'd like to turn a family heirloom photo into a canvas. Photo Art People can work with regular photos and old photos too, not just digital ones. What we found extraordinary is the time they take to find the best part of the photo to turn your snapshot into a real piece of memory art. Hey, they also make custom sizes too so nothing is out of the question!

We were so excited to be able to review a 16x20 canvas print. It wasn't too difficult to pick out a photo since the hard drive that contained all of my digital photos died a few months ago, taking my photos with it. Insert sad face and tears here. After selecting the photo, we sent it off and waited for the magic. We were informed that our photo had too much yellow/green in it so that was corrected as much as possible as well as evening out some of the skin on my beautiful teens' faces. Let me tell you, it did not take long at all from the time the photo was sent until we received a very lovely canvas in the mail. I could not have been more pleased with the customer service, the quick and safe shipping, and the final product.

Our canvas has a new home in our entry way on the wall of photos and it fits in perfectly. I would not hesitate to order another from Photo Art People for Christmas photo gifts.

Now, you must be sure to come back on November 14th to enter to win a photo canvas of your very own from Photo Art People! You don't want to miss it!

And in the meantime, check out Photo Art People and the amazing promo that they are offering. Right now, you can use code "2for1" and get a second identical canvas FREE when you buy the first at full price. FREE!! This is an amazing deal for the grandparents on your gift list!

Awesome gift! I have one that I purchased a few years ago, and I still love it! Oh, and I am totally jealous of your photo wall...I've been wanting to do one for years but can't find a letter that I like that is big enough:(

Talk about a "photo wall"...one of my friends has 20 canvas prints up on their wall...from their marriage 5 years ago to their baby photos and toddlers. People always comment on it when they walk in

Fantastic Modern Rugs from AllModern.com and a $25 Giveaway

NOW CLOSED, thanks for entering!! Winter has arrived with a vengeance here! Along with the snow and cold outside are the wonderful things that get tracked indoors. Can you hear the sarcasm? I can nearly hear my poor floors screaming every time my husband drags in ice melt pellets, wet snow and mud. We have tile floors, wood laminate floors and also carpeting. Each one of my flooring types have rugs to help protect them... and as a bonus, rugs are just plain fun! We jokingly call the big 8x5 rug in the living room the "messy mat" because it catches all my husband's crumbs. Now is a great time to invest in new and modern rugs from AllM odern.com (part of the CSN Stores network) as it's an inexpensive way to change the entire feel of your home. What better time to change the look in your home than the dreary wintertime! It's like a mood pick-up for your home and family. I could really use some new runners and this one is beautiful: However, I like ...

Sit-upon Tutorial By Rachel Beyer

As a former Girl Scout, I have lots of fun camp memories. I remember learning to tie knots, set up camp and to cook over the campfire. An essential Girl Scout tradition is making a sit-upon. A sit-upon is a homemade waterproof cushion. They are easy to make and I remember using them every time we did any activity while sitting on the bare ground, which most often was damp or scattered with uncomfortable sticks and pebbles. A sit-upon is great for sitting around the campfire, your backyard, or even a sporting event.  There are lots of ways to make a sit-upon. When I was a Brownie Girl Scout, we made ours from old vinyl tablecloths and foam. But in a pinch, you can use a plastic garbage bag and a stack of old newspapers for padding. To revisit this simple craft project, I decided to use a roll of vintage vinyl wallpaper I found at a thrift store and some foam I bought at my local craft store. Essential Supplies: Waterproof Material (vinyl tablecloth, or other store-bought viny...

Endo Review and Giveaway!

We're so excited to introduce you to Endo ! Endo is here for all your outdoor t-shirt needs with incredible graphic designs to wear.  Cyclist?  Camper?  They're here for us all.  Seriously, what's better than a bright yellow tee with a huge tricycle on it?  Yes, a huge yellow real tricycle would be nice but hey, you couldn't wear that and it would undoubtedly be much harder to come by! We were happy to discover that the Endo t-shirt is longer than some which is definitely a bonus.  You know, no risk of the bad "low rise jeans - shorter tee - don't bend over or sit" dilemma.  It's also pretty dang soft and comfy. In addition to this great t-shirt, Endo also sent their logo tote bag.  These kind of backpack tote bags, or "man bags" as all the local teens call them (because all the boys in junior high have them!) are perfect for a light backpack to carry a water bottle, camera, cell phone, snacks, etc., for an impromptu hike, nature walk ...
