We were informed that our photo had too much yellow/green in it so that was corrected as much as possible as well as evening out some of the skin on my beautiful teens' faces. Let me tell you, it did not take long at all from the time the photo was sent until we received a very lovely canvas in the mail. I could not have been more pleased with the customer service, the quick and safe shipping, and the final product.
